FORCE MAJEURE
Händelser utanför Bob Hund Shops kontroll, vilka ej skäligen kunnat förutses, skall anses force majeure, vilket innebär att Bob Hund Shop frigörs från Bob Hund Shops förpliktelser att fullgöra ingångna avtal. Exempel på sådana händelser är regeringsåtgärd eller -underlåtenhet, myndighetsåtgärd eller -underlåtenhet, nytillkommen eller ändrad lagstiftning, konflikt, embargo, brand eller översvämning, sabotage, olyckshändelse, krig, naturkatastrofer, strejker eller uteblivna leveranser från underleverantörer. I force majeure ingår också regeringars och myndigheters beslut som påverkar marknad och produkter negativt, t ex restriktioner, varningar, förbud osv

Betalning
Alla varor förblir Bob Hund Shops egendom till dess att full betalning sker. Det pris som gäller är det som anges vid den tidpunkt då du gör din beställning.

Fraktkostnader och betalningsavgifter redovisas innan du bekräftar köpet. Om du är under 18 år gammal måste du ha föräldrarnas tillstånd att köpa från Bob Hund Shop.

Payment
All products remain bob hund shop's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Additional Information
bob hund shop reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, bob hund shop has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. bob hund shop shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
